Helen Keller, who lived near Aspetuck Corners on the border of Easton and Weston was a wonderful author and amazing person despite being blind and deaf.

As a community we strive to follow her good deeds as she said, "Alone we can do so little; together we can do so much."

Fairfield County Opportun

There are many ways to volunteer at WWL!
Here are the current volunteer needs:

Senior Luncheons
If you would like to volunteer to bring something or to serve at an upcoming lunch, please contact Stacey Tucker.

Meals-On-Wheels
There are several Weston residents who require meals to be delivered to them at their homes.  If you would like to volunteer to pick-up and drop-off meals, please contact Johanna Pfund.

Holiday Gifts for Weston Families
There are an unprecedented number of families in Weston this year that need help during the holidays. WWL assists every year.  20 dinners are still in need for Thanksgiving. This year we need gift cards in the amount of $20 from Walmart, Target, and CVS.  Donations are being taken for sweet treats, cookie tins, bathing salts, socks, and children's clothing.  To help our community, please email Kristin Adams.

Children's Holiday Breakfast (CHB)
If you have not volunteered for a shift or some task for CHB, please email Courtney Zabicki, Stephanie Young & Melissa Walker as all WWL members are required to help with this fun event.

Evergreen Holiday Baskets
Katherine DeSousa is contacting organizations to provide 160 items for each women/family in need who is affected by HIV/HIV virus.  She will need help in wrapping these items.  Also, if you have a contact at a company that could provide 160 same gifts such as soap, chocolates, lotion, book, or any other nice personal item, please contact Kristin Adams.

Kidstock Concert
On January 31 there will be a fun kids concert by TBA.  Please email Kristin Adams to assist in making this event successful.

Great Gatsby Roaring 20's Spring Fundrasier
This is our biggest event of the year and everyone needs to chip in, as all WWL members are required to help with this fun event.  If you have not signed-up for a task, please email Kit Woolverton or Nanette Giordano regarding volunteer needs.  Acquiring auction items and sponosors is definitely.
